Abandon the concepts that life and spirituality are something very serious. Be happy, play, take things as they come and don't hold resentments. We were born to be joyful and playful like children. Later we were conditioned to keep focus on negative thoughts based on fear, wars, poverty, crises and loans. People living in fear are easily manipulated. Free, joyous humans cannot be controlled.
