ALO : Removing Emotional and Mental Blocks
Allowing is the divine way of life and the core of Ivan's spiritual teaching expressed through his own examples.
ALO: Allow-Let go-Hand over is primarily a way of life in high consciousness in which a person lives allowing the endless intelligence and pure creative power of the Universe and Source to lead him/her and handing over positive and negative consequences of his/her actions (rewards and losses, worries and delights) to the Source/ Consciousness. ALO is also extremely powerful and efficient technique of removing emotional blocks. It is done individually or in a group, and since 2010 hundreds of people have gone through ALO process.
In my efforts to find a way to access the power of Consciousness and Creator to create a content and fulfilled life, in the summer of 2010 I received 3 keys of success expressed through the technique "ALO - Allow, Let go, Hand Over," which has enabled me to travel across three continents and over thirty countries, to work with some of the richest people on the planet, to set up my own companies, to run several local and international organizations with hundreds of members that positively change the world, to give lectures at universities, to give consultations to business people and corporations, to live in accordance with my soul and enjoy love, friends and life to the fullest, all in 32 years of my life.
ALLOW - allow the Source, Divine Intelligence, Creator, Life to bring you all the experience intended for this lifetime and allow the ocean of life to lead you to the best ways to achieve your life mission. Allow yourself all the things you've been denying yourself for years. Allow yourself to play, to relax, to imagine. Allow yourself wealth, happiness, love, relationships, travel, fun, joy, adventure and excitement. Allow youself all you desire and do not permit yourself. Allowing is the core of life in accordance with its divine nature, but it does not mean passively passing through space and time. On the contrary, allowing allows innate creative force to express itself and to create incredibly beautiful life. Allowing makes "miracles" happen.
LET GO (RELEASE & RELAX) - let go of tension, control and all the efforts that imprison and exhaust you. Relax your muscles and body. Let go of attachment to the body, titles, prestige, things and actions as lasting pleasure lies not in passing things (that would be physically impossible in the very nature of ephemeral things). Let go of the attachment to the past, expectations, conscious and unconscious attitudes and prejudices, traumas, beliefs, pride, habits, the need to be right, to be above others, to be liked by everyone, to satisfy everyone, and everything else that conditions you in any way.
HAND OVER - Hand over the results of your actions to the Source from which everything comes and to which everything goes. Hand over your life as it has been surrendered in your mother's womb and the first few years in her arms. Same divine intelligence that took care of you from your conception to your birth, has the ability and desire to take care of you, from now onwards. All it asks is that you surrender, because it never will deny you of free will to make your decisions independently. There is a saying “If you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans“. Hand him over plan realization and do not (di)stress yourself.
